BIR Atlanta Chapter
Welcome! The goal of the BiR Atlanta Chapter is to create a connected community of roboticists supporting inclusivity in the Atlanta area - Students, researchers, and practitioners - for sharing knowledge, mentoring, outreach and advocacy. We will be hosting networking events, workshops, career fairs, and outreach opportunities. The Atlanta chapter is centered in a hub of academic and industry institutions and a fantastic place where we can work together to advance the goals of BiR.

Nolan Code
Nolan S. Code is the founder and executive director of the Atlanta AI and Robotics Initiative, a nonprofit preparing students for careers across the full AI infrastructure stack: energy, chips, data centers, cloud, cybersecurity, robotics, and quantum. A U.S. Army veteran, Georgia Tech MBA, and former Microsoft senior solution engineer, he builds workforce pipelines that turn students into operators, not observers.

Milton Walker
Milton Walker is a 30-year technology veteran specializing in business development, Robotics/Physical AI, and computing solutions. Driving strategic partnerships at the intersection of complex hardware and software, he always prioritizes a customer-first approach to solving industry challenges. Deeply invested in his community, Milton serves on the boards of RoboGeorgia and Decatur Makers, and balances his professional life with family travel and astrophotography.

Winston Doss
Winston Doss is a 2026 Morehouse College graduate with a B.S. in Computer Science, passionate about robotics and robotic prosthetics. He currently serves as the robotics cohort lead for the Atlanta AI and Robotics Initiative.

With a strong background in youth leadership and program management, Kidd has a proven track record of engaging diverse age groups, driving successful initiatives, and achieving educational and organizational objectives.
